• Customer Cancellations: Cancel at least 48 hours before service for a full refund. No refund within 48 hours.
• Provider Cancellations: In case of force majeure or operational issues, we offer full refunds or rescheduling.

• Confidentiality: Your information is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
• PDPA Rights: You may request access or deletion of your data at any time.

We monitor bookings for fraudulent activity. We may request identity verification and reserve the right to cancel bookings under suspicion of fraud.
